Build a Village $75
This curriculum comes in Three Parts:
- Exploring Neighbors and Economic Justice (Grades PreK -3)
- Economic Justice and the Ideal Village (Grades 4-6)
- Economic Justice and the Global Economy (Grades 7-12)
For the youngest children K-3, the curriculum is story-based. It explores our global world through the lens of neighbors.
NOTE: You Need Both of These Curricula and Two Groups for this to Work
For the two oldest levels, this curriculum is experiential. It allows these two groups to work together to get the most out of this curriculum. The youth get the opportunity to make decisions and feel the consequences of their choices as they create their villages. Written by Connie and Erin Dunn.

Each of the sessions are only 2 hours, but homework assignments help deepen the process. The assignments are mainly reading. Mentors can be contacted for any questions.

Under the Wisdom Tree $75
Under the Wisdom Tree is a curriculum for helping teach values, beliefs and cultural connections. It is designed for churches with small groups of multi-level, multi-aged children. It is meant to meet the needs of the youngest, as well as the oldest, child in your program. It is also designed with limited human resources in mind and requires only a few adults to run the program. Like all curricula, it may fall short in supplying everything you need. But I hope it answers most of your needs. See Books for the stories from this curriculum.
Here’s what others have said:
I used Connie’s Under the Wisdom Tree for a summer program with great success- each week there were new volunteers, so the format was easy for them to follow. I also had much to choose from! -Ellen Cormier DRE, Uufbr Boca Raton Florida (Formerly Massachusetts )
